Prior to taking over ownership of the studio, Angela spent two years travelling and teaching at different yoga retreats and resorts around the globe. Previously in the corporate world for 15 years, she has personally experienced the benefits of yoga and meditation to help reduce stress and maintain a healthy work life balance. Angela teaches various styles of classes and also enjoys designing specialized workshops for yoga, meditation and breath work. She strives to create engaging classes for all levels of students where everyone leaves feeling energizes and at peace.
