My goal is to stimulate you, to strengthen and to trust
Jean is certified yoga instructor with a passion for fitness. Jean believes that a consistent yoga practice is beneficial for any and everyone - whether you can bend over backwards or barely touch your toes. Jean's classes are for all levels and strongly encourages yogis to develop a self practice by being present and to practice with purpose. Jean's personal practice focuses on increasing mobility and pain prevention and relief from poor posture and sport related injury.
