CLASS Core strenthning

 

Core 1 will focus on core strengthening yoga postures (the abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings and hip flexors) and each subsequent posture prepares the body for the next invigorating pose which will build and develop your core strength, tone your abdominals and improve your posture.  Students will gain strength, flexibility, and balance. The class is challenging but suitable for all levels.
