MIX CORE

This class blends FLOW postures with core work to strengthen and tone abdominal and back muscles. It draws awareness into the center to improve posture and stability around the spine. Increased core strength will help to relieve back pain, ability to do other physical activities and ability to hold your body on other yoga poses. The class is challenging, but suitable for all levels.
