YANG TO YIN & MEDITATION

Yang yoga class is active / fast flow poses combined with breathing, slowing it down with Yin yoga which involves a relaxed practice of floor postures, held from 3 to 5 mins to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues.  We will end this beautiful class incorporating a 10 – 15 min calming meditation to help us relax and rest deeply.  Suitable for all levels.
A great way to Relax, Rejuvenate and Recoup for a beautiful week ahead!
