VINYASA

This is an energizing class that integrates breath with movements, incorporating a lot of cardio.  Students are introduced to a dynamic system of gracefully flowing from one pose to the next.  Standing, seated and twisted poses are practiced.  Challenging, but suitable for all levels.

Be ready to sweat!
