FLOW

This is an energizing class that integrates breath with movement and helps build strength, flexibility and core stability. There are various sequences such as sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated and twisting postures. Please note FLOW does not have a set series so instructors have the freedom to practice various alignments and movements. The class is great for beginners … slightly challenging but suitable for all levels
